Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IPComms services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Services

IPComms provides Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telecommunications services including:

• SIP Trunking services
• Hosted PBX (Private Branch Exchange) services
• Phone number provisioning and porting
• Call recording and voicemail services
• Related telecommunications features

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Service Usage

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with:

• All applicable federal, state, and local laws
• FCC regulations governing telecommunications
• Our Acceptable Use Policy

5. Payment Terms

Services are billed on a monthly basis. Payment is due upon invoice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Service Level

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, telecommunications services may occasionally experience interruptions. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

7. Cancellation

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation:

• Services remain active until the end of the notice period
• Phone numbers may be ported to another carrier
• No refunds for partial months or unused prepaid balance
• Account data will be retained for 90 days, then deleted

8. Limitation of Liability

IPComms liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold IPComms harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
