IPComms provides Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telecommunications services including:
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with:
Services are billed on a monthly basis. Payment is due upon invoice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, telecommunications services may occasionally experience interruptions. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.
Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation:
IPComms liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold IPComms harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
